PPC Manager

As PPC Manager you will be working closely with our PPC management company. Your mission will be to develop and execute strategic goals, as well as guide the tactical day-to-day bid management. Plan to become a Landing Page Optimization and Google Analytics guru (if you aren't already).

Responsibilities

Develop the strategic direction/plan for PPC's expansion
Manage the day to day PPC operations with offsite vendors
Develop comprehensive reporting for detailed PPC performance at campaign and opportunity level
Develop robust AB tests to improve on-page conversions
Manage and own the tracking scripts on various internet properties
Develop relationship with in-house sales team, inspiring and motivating them about PPC
De-bug reporting issues inherent in system with multiple reporting infrastructures
Listen to customer calls and develop actionable solutions to sales and marketing opportunities
Work closely with the SEO guru to find common opportunities
Develop a PPC marketing funnel

Candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English or Math/Statistics - MBA preferred
Strong quantitative background
5+ experience in hands-on PPC management, with robust understanding of the PPC landscape
Strong project management and organizational skills
Focused, meticulous, analytical, thoughtful, open-minded and adaptive
Strong technical background with ability to acquire and use new tools
Strong background in Google Analytics and pattern-recognition
Team player with confidence to take the lead and guide the PPC department as well as other department heads
Detail-oriented, professional and accountable
Enjoy being in a position of responsibility and take pride in knowing that your contributions are simply invaluable
