Motion Sensor Description Our Motion Sensors are used to detect people in motion. They cover an area of 30 x 35 feet and are "pet friendly". Smoke and Heat Sensor Description Our Smoke and Heat Sensor uses a photoelectric chamber to detect smoke particles in the air, as well as a temperature sensor to detect a rapid rise in a room's air temperature. Monitored smoke sensors can dramatically reduce the response time of the fire department in an emergency. 	Essentials Kit Description The Essentials Kit is designed for apartments or homes under 1,400 sq. ft. Also, it's a great kit to start with and customize to create a perfect solution for any home. What's Next? Make sure you have at least one Door or Window Sensor for each exterior door. If you're going to arm the system at night (when you'll probably leave Motion Sensors off), consider a Glass Break Sensor. Interactive Monitoring Tip Use Door or Window Sensors to keep tabs on anything that opens and closes, like a gun cabinet, medicine cabinet, or home office. Monitoring works 24x7, armed or disarmed.	Home Kit Description The Home Kit expands on the Essentials Kit by adding two additional Door or Window Sensors and a Glass Break Sensor, ideal to secure windows in multiple rooms. Plan to arm at night? Glass Break Sensors are great, as they stay on even if you leave Motion Sensors off at night. What's Next? Even if your home already has hardwired smoke detectors, the addition of at least one of our monitored Smoke and Heat Detectors can dramatically improve the response time of the fire department in an emergency. *Interactive Monitoring Tip* With Interactive Monitoring, each user can have their own code. You can get personalized notifications letting you know who just armed or disarmed the system.
