<p><strong>Where Should I Put It?</strong></p><p>The control panel should be located in a central area of your home, generally in an above-ground location. It is designed to simply be placed on a flat surface (counter, shelf, etc.), but it's also easy to wall mount.</p><p><strong>How Many Do I Need?</strong></p><p>Since the control panel is the "brains" of the system, you only need one. The panel is easy to relocate and can simply be taken with you if you move.</p><p><strong>What Else Should I Know?</strong></p><p>The only wire (literally) in the entire system is the power cord - you should plug it into a non-switched electrical outlet (i.e. one that isn't controlled by a light switch, and doesn't have a test/reset button). With FrontPoint's Interactive Monitoring, you can remotely arm/disarm the system from the web, or from a mobile device.</p>
