- Security Consultant
Answers inbound calls from potential customers and engages interest in FrontPoint products and services. Makes outbound calls to follow up with potential customers who have requested to be contacted by FrontPoint. Assists potential customers in configuring customized systems, answers questions, and sends emails with product information and video links. Sets appointments and follows up with contacted leads to pursue sales.
- Customer Service Specialist:
Provides support to customers regarding order inquiries, billing questions and technical problems. Performs account activations and product orientations. Identifies, investigates and resolves technical problems. Responds to calls and email requests for technical support and general account and service inquiries. Documents, tracks and monitors issues to ensure timely resolution. - Fulfillment Technician:
Processes customer orders. Assembles customized security systems and programs control panels. Prepares orders for shipment. Assists with supply chain management functions.
