Licensing
Many states require alarm companies to be licensed, for your protection. FrontPoint has approached alarm licensing the same way we have approached all the other aspects of our business – the right way. We have worked directly with every state in the US, in addition to countless municipalities, doing our best to become the single most compliant alarm services provider in the industry. The good news: we are succeeding!
The following list includes states where one of the following conditions is true:
- LICENSE: FrontPoint currently holds one or more state alarm licenses – and where this is the case, the state license number is shown below.
- EXEMPTION: FrontPoint has been exempted from state alarm licensing in many states, for a variety of reasons. In some cases the exemption is based on the reliability and simplicity of our systems, and our subscriber-friendly method for providing the protection you need and want. In other states, our lack of a physical presence means we don’t need to be licensed. Whatever the reason, you can rest assured that FrontPoint is licensed in every jurisdiction where it’s required.
- NO STATE LICENSING: There is currently no alarm licensing in some states.
