We have had FrontPoint for about a year and a half and it has been great. My husband is away for work very often so it was important for me to have a security system to make me feel safe while he is away. We chose FrontPoint because it was the least expensive way that we could find to get what we wanted from a security system. We liked the system so much I even convinced my boss to get Front Point at his house and he loves it too. I use the iPhone app all the time and it works great. If I happen to walk out the door and forget to set the alarm, I just set it from my phone in my car. This is a great alarm system and a great company. I absolutely recommend FrontPoint to anyone I know who is looking for a security system.

FrontPoint has hit the mark for exceptional customer service and offering the home owner a piece of mind when he or she goes to bed at night or steps out for a weekend get away. Every time I have a opportunity to tell my friends about Front Point, I do so with a smile and eagerness to see to it that they experience the security umbrella of such a fantastic defense against home intrusion and fire. At around 3am my wife and I were asleep and we woke to the piercing alarm of the control panel. I quickly checked my blackberry and received a email that my glass break sensor had been tripped. I was able to disarm the system under the 45 seconds for delay and found that a glass picture had fell off the wall. Wow!! It actually picked up breaking glass!!! The main reason I purchased Front Point was for the cellular connection, with no extra cost. Thank you FrontPoint, we sleep well at night!!

The customer service is among the best I have EVER had. To me they compare to companies like Starbucks. And the service is impeccable. Love using my iPhone app to arm and disarm my house. The push notifications notify me on my phone and via text message on my phone. Great stuff!

Frontpoint wins hands-down over ADT, Brinks and others. It is simple to install and carefree. My 6 year old knows how to arm the system...that's how easy it is. And the customer service is excellent. They are patient and explain everything to a T. I highly recommend this system. It is hassle-free, modern, efficient and simply WORKS!

Great system! Love the keychain when coming in the house, and I feel secure when I am on vacation that the house is okay. The phone ap is great to be able to check the alarm status when I want to.

I've been using Frontpoint since June of 2008. Installtion was easy and only took a few hours. I have since added more sensors to the sytem and upgraded the controller and keypad. Every contact with their customer service has been the best. They are always friendly and helpful, available nights and weekends. I like the fact that I can control my alarm and lights from my cell phone with the moblie web site. The regular web site gives you access to most everything on your system. You can customize the text alerts to give you as much or as little information as you like. It gives me great piece of mind when away or at home to know my house is monitored for fire and intrusion 24/7. The monthly monitoring fees are the best I have found.

FrontPoint hasn't let us down. Once, we were out of town and the grandparents were babysitting. They burned some popcorn in the microwave and the monitored smoke alarm went off. Within seconds, FrontPoint was calling to see if everything was OK. The system itself wasn't even armed. I honestly don't know why anyone would go with any other alarm company.

I Shopped and Shopped and NOTHING else came close to the features, wireless, and the price! It has made me feel safe in my home now which is the best part I am most grateful for. Phone app is great and parents come and go with the keychains I gave them. Thank you FrontPoint!

I shopped alot of systems even had a company come in and quote me $3000. I also had ADT salesman come in i signed and agreed to a contract and price then next day his company called saying they couldnt honor the salesman price. He screwed up his quote and i ended up getting screwed.. Then i found Frointpoint and couldnt be happier. Great price, easy installation and great service. Android App is great... and with the new Zwave stuff coming soon it couldnt get better!! I AM FRONTPOINT!
