<p><strong>Required Items for Installation:</strong></p><ul><li>Interactive Monitoring service plan<br /></li><li>Broadband internet access (DSL / Cable) </li><li>To work in wireless mode, you <u>must</u> know your wireless network name (SSID) and password (WEP/WPA key) </li><li>A router that supports Plug & Play (UPnP) or knowledge of how to configure port forwarding </li><li>Windows PC with Microsoft Internet Explorer (needed only for initial configuration process) </li></ul><br /><em>Important Note: </em> To use the camera in wireless mode, you <u>must</u> know your network name (SSID) and password (WEP/WPA key). FrontPoint cannot assist you if you do not know this information - you must obtain it from your internet service provider. In addition, if you do not have a Plug & Play router, you will need to configure a setting called "Port Forwarding" on your router. FrontPoint can provide you instructions for this, but cannot assist with any reconfiguration of your router.
