For a very long time, FrontPoint customers who referred a friend or relative were rewarded with a free month of monitoring.

Well, we recently changed the referral reward program and there’s been an incredible amount of interest in it. There have also been a handful of repeat questions.

Today on FrontPoint Answers, we’ll cover the basics of FrontPoint’s referral rewards program by addressing the most common questions you’ve been asking since its re-launch.

What is a referral reward?

A referral reward is a bonus you receive for recommending a friend or relative to FrontPoint.

We love it when our customers share their excitement about FrontPoint with others, so why not reward them for it?

What is the bonus for referring someone?

For referring someone, qualified participants will receive a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card.

In addition, those who are referred and become a FrontPoint customer earn a free month of monitoring.

Awesome. How do I begin referring my friends and family?

Easy – just fill out this form and you’ll be good to go. You can also call 1-877-602-5276 and speak to one of our excellent Support Specialists.

Who is eligible to receive the referral rewards?

Both the customer and referral must be outside of the 30-day risk-free trial period, and have active accounts in good standing, in order to receive their referral rewards.

Be aware that you cannot refer someone who is already a FrontPoint customer or someone who has already been referred. Check out the terms and conditions for more details.

Does my referral have to do anything?

Don’t worry, your friends are our friends. We’ll give them the same helpful service we gave you.

How many friends and relatives can I refer?

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer! You can refer as many friends and relatives as you want and as long as they continue to become FrontPoint customers, you’ll continue to receive $100 Amazon.com Gift Cards!

Can I refer myself if I’m already a FrontPoint customer?

Yes you can! In fact, if you were looking to purchase a second system, this is the perfect time to do so. Just mention the referral reward program to the Support Specialist and you’ll be all set to earn the referral reward.
