How does the 30-day Risk-Free Trial Period work?
Your risk-free trial starts the day you receive your new Frontpoint security system. Once you set up and activate your system and experience how Frontpoint fits with your lifestyle, we are confident you will love it. But if you are not fully satisfied, for any reason, you can return the complete system for a full refund (and free return shipping) as long as your return is postmarked within 30 days of the day you received the system. Returns (i) initiated within 30 days but not postmarked until after the 30-day risk-free trial has expired, or (ii) that do not include all of the equipment, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $150. This refund policy applies to new systems purchased directly from Frontpoint and different terms may apply to systems purchased from third parties.
3 Year Warranty, effective November 18, 2019
In the event that any part of your Frontpoint system, except for screens, wiring, light bulbs, l.e.d.s, l.c.d.s, expendable batteries and foil tape, becomes defective within 3 years from: (i) the date of initial activation of the equipment containing such part at the Premises or (ii) 30 days from your receipt of such equipment, whichever is earlier (the “Warranty Period”), Frontpoint will replace or repair the defective part without charge to you (“Warranty”) so long as you are an active Frontpoint customer in good standing. We may use reconditioned parts in making repairs, but Frontpoint warrants the replacement parts only for the remainder of the Warranty Period. This Warranty is not assignable. If you discover a defect in the equipment you have purchased from Frontpoint, you should immediately contact Frontpoint in writing or by telephone and fully describe the nature of the defect so that repair service may be rendered. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
