Full service subscriptions, with access to all of the features on the Frontpoint mobile app, are regularly priced at $49.99 per month, plus tax, and are governed by a month-to-month or 36-month contract, depending on the system package purchased. Early termination of the 36-month contact may result in Frontpoint charging an early termination fee of 80% of the monthly charges for the remainder of the contract term.

Frontpoint may use reconditioned parts in making repairs/replacements, but warrants the replacement parts for the remainder of the Warranty Period. This Warranty is not assignable. If you discover a defect in the equipment you have purchased from Frontpoint, you should immediately contact Frontpoint in writing or by telephone and fully describe the nature of the defect so that repair service may be rendered.
