We process and store information from your Camera-enabled Products to send you alerts when there is an event. If you have the recording features enabled, we will capture, process, and store video and audio recordings from your camera depending on your settings. This data will be stored until your storage capacity is reached, at which point the data will be deleted to accommodate new incoming data on a first-in-first-out basis. You (and not frontpoint) are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with any applicable laws when you use camera-enabled products and the associated recordings.
When you access or use our Services, we may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, software development kits (SDKs), and other similar tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookie(s)”) to collect certain data. The below descriptions will help you understand different categories of Cookies that we may use for our Services:
Some Cookies remain on your device(s) only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically or shortly after you close your browser. Some Cookies remain on your device(s) and expire automatically after a set time, like a few days, weeks, or months. When you return to our Website, a third-party site, or other platform(s) using the same persistent Cookies, these tracking technologies enable the platforms to recognize your devices and customize your experience.
Frontpoint and our marketing partners, affiliates, and analytics providers use Cookies to analyze trends, administer our Services, track usage information, identify which emails and links have been opened by recipients, provide Targeted Advertising (as defined below), prevent you from seeing repetitive Targeted Advertising or related content, conduct research regarding the usefulness of certain advertisements to you, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports on the information and data the Cookies provide on an individual and aggregated basis. For example,
Essential/Performance. Some Cookies are necessary or required for the Services to function properly or securely, and provide the features you have requested (including choices you make). Certain Cookies allow us to remember choices you make (such as your username, language, or the region you are in).
Advertising. From time to time we may partner with a third-party ad network to either display advertising on our Services or to manage our advertising on other sites. These ads may be targeted to you based on information that we, the advertiser, and/or other third parties have collected about your online behavior or interests. For example, if you view a product on our Website or click on an advertisement for Frontpoint, Cookies may tell us the advertisement or products you clicked on and where you were viewing the content. Based on those browsing activities, we and/or other third parties may serve you advertisements or other content for the same or similar product on other websites you visit. These ads are called “Targeted Advertising.” Advertising Cookies do not necessarily store information that could directly identify you individually (such as your name), but collect information that may identify your browser and device through a unique identification code assigned to you. For more information about these Advertising Cookies, please review https://thenai.org/about-online-advertising/
Analytics. We and our service providers may use analytics tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, in connection with the Services. Analytics Cookies collect information about how you use our Services, including which pages you visit most often, when and how often you interact with certain features of our products, including the panel, sensors, cameras, or third party smart devices, and whether you encounter any errors. This allows us to measure and improve the performance of the Services. You can opt out from the use of Google Analytics by following the instructions provided at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

For example, we may import your personal information into the United States to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. By providing personal information to Frontpoint, you consent to the transmission of your information outside your own country to be stored in the United States.
