#WinItWednesday Official Rules

The “Facebook #WinItWednesday” (the “Sweepstakes”) is solely sponsored by FrontPoint Security Solutions, LLC (“FrontPoint”). This promotion is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that all decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, as determined by FrontPoint, are final and binding in all respects.  Entrants also agree to allow FrontPoint to publicize the name (First name and last initial) and city and state of residence of the Sweepstakes winners.  The promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Fitbit, Inc. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook or Fitbit, Inc.

Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States or Canada, and who are 21 years of age or older and have internet access as of the start of the promotional period.  Any person who has claimed a prize from a promotion run by FrontPoint within the past twelve (12) months from the drawing date is not eligible.   FrontPoint has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.  Employees of FrontPoint and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.  Entries must be submitted by commenting on the designated FrontPoint Facebook post.  Entrants must answer the prompted question in order to be entered in the Sweepstakes.  Only one entry per household is permitted during the promotional period.

Promotional Period: The promotional period begins on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 12:00:00am ET and ends on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 11:59:59pm ET.

Drawing:  One winner will be selected within 24 hours after the promotional period ends. The drawing will include all entries received from the start of the promotional period through 11:59:59pm ET of the day prior to the drawing.  The drawing will take place on July 3, 2014.  Winners will be notified on Facebook.

Prize:  The eligible winner will receive a Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity and Sleep Wristband, valued at $99.95 US.

Odds:  The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Privacy:  Information obtained through submissions of the Sweepstakes will be subject to FrontPoint’s privacy policy, a copy of which is available at https://www.frontpointsecurity.com/legal/privacy-policy.  If a customer wishes to update their contact information with FrontPoint for billing and other purposes, such update should be made through the ordinary channels, as the information obtained through the Sweepstakes entry form will not necessary override the contact information FrontPoint currently has on file for billing and general purposes.
