Although I wake up by the alarm around 4 am PST in the morning, turn out it is a false alarm and one of the door sensors requires reset back to the normal state. However, I must say thank you for Frontpoint customer service, they call my mobile to verify the incident a few minutes later which is a faster response and a follow-up best customer service manner.

The monthly monitoring service is a bit expensive compared to other security monitors, but Frontpoint's service is incredibly good and makes it more than worthwhile. We've had Frontpoint equipment and monitoring service for about 3 1/2 years and have used their phone help-service a number of times. In every case, the technician restated our problem and walked me through everything, including equipment installation, settings, testing, etc. Even when a piece of equipment failed, FP sent a replacement fast and free of charge. Based on our experience, their service alone makes Frontpoint a strong choice. We are thoroughly satisfied.
