Don’t fret, you’re not alone. According to the Journal of Clinical Psychology, only 8 percent of people who make a resolution successfully achieve their goals. You read that correctly: 8 percent! For whatever reason – psychological, physical, social – people are just not good at keeping their New Year’s resolutions.
