24/7 Professional Monitoring
Each Frontpoint system comes with a paid subscription to professional monitoring backed by highly-trained, emergency response, live, North America-based agents that are on call 24/7/365. Full service subscriptions, which also come with access to all the features on the Frontpoint mobile app are regularly priced at $49.99 per month app, are regularly priced at $49.99 per month, plus tax, and are governed by a month-to-month or 36-month contract, depending on the system package purchased. Early termination of the 36-month contact may result in Frontpoint charging an early termination fee of 80% of the monthly charges for the remainder of the contract term.

Once the Frontpoint Agent on the line has verified the competitor’s current pricing and availability, the Agent will assist you with completing the sale at the matched price. Frontpoint’s price match guarantee applies to Frontpoint products and packages, not monitoring services, is only available via telesales and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Competitors’ products must be comparable and in stock (i.e., an advertised price for an out-of-stock or end of life item cannot be price matched)
- Price matching does not apply to products sold on auction sites like eBay, by marketplace vendors or third-party merchants such as Amazon; nor does it apply to closeout sales or store-closing events, clearance, refurbished or open-box items, or pricing errors by competitors
- We reserve the right to restrict which products are eligible for price matching; by way of example, products offered as part of a give-away, sweepstakes, with special terms or as part of special considerations are not eligible for a price match

30-Day Risk Free Trial
Your risk-free trial starts the day you receive your new Frontpoint security system. Once you set up and activate your system and experience how Frontpoint fits with your lifestyle, we are confident you will love it. But if you are not fully satisfied, for any reason, you can return the complete system for a full refund (and free return shipping) as long as your return is postmarked within 30 days of the day you received the system. Returns (i) initiated within 30 days but not postmarked until after the 30-day risk-free trial has expired, or (ii) that do not include all of the equipment, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $150. This refund policy applies to new systems purchased directly from Frontpoint and different terms may apply to systems purchased from third parties.
3-Year Limited Equipment Warranty
If part of your Frontpoint system (other than the screen, wiring, light bulb, l.e.d., l.c.d., expendable battery or foil tape) becomes defective within 3 years of the earlier of: (i) the date you activated the equipment or (ii) your receipt of such equipment (the “Warranty Period”), Frontpoint will replace or repair the defective part without charge to you as long as you are an active Frontpoint customer in good standing (the “Warranty”). Frontpoint may use reconditioned parts in making repairs/replacements, but warrants the replacement parts for the remainder of the Warranty Period. This Warranty is not assignable. If you discover a defect in the equipment you have purchased from Frontpoint, you should immediately contact Frontpoint in writing or by telephone and fully describe the nature of the defect so that repair service may be rendered. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions
For eligible referrals, the existing customer who makes the referral (the “Customer”) will receive one free month of monitoring (a value up to $49.99 plus tax, depending on the Customer’s service plan). The new customer referred to Frontpoint by the Customer (the “Friend”) will likewise receive one free month of monitoring for eligible referrals.
- To be eligible to receive the one free month of monitoring (the “Referral Reward”):
- The Friend must be a new Frontpoint customer that signed a valid 1-year or 3- year subscriber agreement for monitoring services, activated their equipment and account and completed the 30-day risk free trial.
- Both the Customer and the Friend must have active Frontpoint monitoring accounts in good standing (with no past due balances) at the time the Referral Reward is applied.
- The Customer must provide the Friend’s name, and email address to Frontpoint using the link in the customer portal or at the following website: https://go.frontpoint.com/ReferralSocial. Alternatively, the Friend may inform their sales representative at the time of the initial phone call with Frontpoint at 844-224-7230 that they were referred by a particular Customer.
- There is no limit to the number of Friends a Customer can refer, however, there is a maximum of 6 Referral Rewards per Customer per calendar year.
- Only one Customer may receive a Referral Reward for referring a particular Friend. If multiple Customers submit the same Friend, the reward will be given only to the referral submitted first in time.
- Referral Rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
- Frontpoint employees and their family members are not eligible to receive Referral Rewards but may still refer new customers.
- Frontpoint reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral rewards program at any time without notice.
